Responsibilities
Creative review and trafficking of marketing materials.
Maintain creative schedules to ensure creatives are reviewed and approved through internal processes.
Communicate delays and challenges to the group while recommending opportunities for work arounds.
Organize creatives with accurate labeling through each review for clear communication of objectives and versions for reviewers.
Identify and implement improvements to the creative review process.
Clearly communicate changes to internal & external teams in an effective & efficient manner to ensure changes are carried out in designs.
Participate in creative brainstorming & team discussions and own the creative role providing recommendations for continued improvements.
Participate in presentations on creative designs and strategy.

Required
1 year of experience in Marketing or relevant field.
Assertive and independent thinking in daily work and decision-making
Undertake all aspects of work with a sense of urgency
Deliver timely, quality, clear, concise and accurate work.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related
Experience working with tools such as Microsoft office and a plus if also experienced with Adobe design programs
