Responsibilities

Managing the 3P process for marketing vendors to ensure timely submissions for vendor onboarding, processing related purchase orders and invoices.

Supporting the annual maintenance of marketing assets and proof points.

Managing the marketing intranet (external to others in Cotiviti), and the marketing SharePoint site (internal only to marketing).

Reconciling marketing spend against program budget, P-card purchase reporting.

Supporting the research and logistics for all planned programs, including sales-driven events, executive summits, client conferences, etc.

Creating event documentation including but not limited to internal prep meetings, briefings, and training.

Completing post-event reports for industry conferences, capturing campaign tactics and outcomes and compiling internal survey responses.

Coordinating logistics for the events program, including but not limited to, attendee registrations, calendar invites, shipping and tracking exhibit materials; completing exhibitor orders.

Facilitating swag orders, inbound/outbound requests, and overall inventory.

Provide onsite support at strategic events and industry conferences.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

1-3 years relevant experience in corporate events; healthcare or technology sectors a plus.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.

Ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects with overlapping timelines.

Critical thinker with the ability to pivot and problem solve.

Self-sufficient and resourceful, but a strong collaborator.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint).

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Preferred

CMP certification or similar a plus.

Cvent experience preferred.
