Responsibilities

Develop and implement brand management strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
Create, curate and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and brand management.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth.
Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of marketing materials.
Assists in crisis communication response working cross-functionally to protect the brand. Monitoring and posting would be a continuous, daily task extending outside of business hours on occasion.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Implement strategic brand initiatives for recruiting including campaigns, events, digital marketing, community relations and PR.

Required

Three years of related professional experience in social media marketing are required.
Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation on multiple social platforms.
Ability to manage multiple social media campaigns for multiple brands and effectively communicate content strategy.
4-year degree in marketing, communications, or closely related field.
Excellent writing, communication skills required.
Strong organizational skills required.
Demonstrated project management skills required.

Preferred

Strong creativity, judgment, enthusiasm and customer-service focus are strongly desired.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Familiarity with EMS or related industry a plus.
Proficiency in Hootsuite or other social media platforms.
