Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences
Create promotional content and materials to drive event attendance and engagement
Assist with post-event follow-up, including surveys and lead nurturing
Manage data hygiene, ensuring clean, accurate, and up-to-date customer and prospect data
Refine and implement lead and event follow-up processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
Create and execute marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention
Coordinate the creation of marketing assets, including content, graphics, and promotional materials, in line with campaign objectives
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences
Develop and generate regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics to guide decision-making
Report to the Director of Marketing; track marketing KPIs and communicate results effectively
Work closely with the development, account management, and sales teams to fully understand the product features, functionality, and enhancements to optimize product marketing strategies

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
2+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or related roles
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics)
Ability to work with data, dashboards, and spreadsheets, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
Strong knowledge of marketing processes, campaign management, and lead-generation tactics
Familiarity with B2B products, customers, or experience, preferably in the IT or EdTech industry
Strong technical aptitude and project management skills
Salesforce: 2 years (Required)
