Responsibilities

Content Development & Copywriting: Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns. Craft clear and compelling copy for marketing materials.
Campaign Development and Execution: Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns aligned with the brand's voice and digital strategies.
Market Research and Analytics: Conduct in-depth market research to provide insights for refining marketing strategies.
Lead Generation: Develop and execute programs to convert interest into measurable outcomes.
Event Management: Assist in managing marketing aspects of events to align with marketing objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive marketing message.
Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to assess progress.
Other Duties as Assigned: Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data to make informed marketing decisions.
Experience in SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative thinker who can use data and intuition to inform decisions.

Preferred

Experience in the healthcare industry, with an understanding of its unique challenges and regulations.
Proficiency with content management systems, like WordPress, and applications like Google Analytics, Brandwatch for social media analytics and insights, and com for project management.
Knowledge in using advanced CRM and marketing platforms, such as HubSpot for inbound marketing, content management, and web analytics, Salesforce for customer relationship management and sales strategies, HTML and CSS.
Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and digital platforms, ensuring seamless integration and utilization within the marketing strategy.
