Responsibilities
Own, build, and grow the organic social program including content development, content calendar, follower growth/engagement, and reporting for all company entities.
Create informed, cohesive, and attractive social media campaigns that appeal to SCRC's target audience and distribute content on key social channels to maximize social exposure.
Expand social channel presence to Pinterest, Twitter, and eventually LinkedIn.
Develop and manage the social content calendar and assure assets are developed on schedule.
Report and analyze social channel results and develop recommendations based on performance.
Monitor competitors' social channels and provide brief audits/findings for internal leadership.
Produce webinar events including overseeing the development of content and presentation used by doctors, develop promotional program to drive event attendance through digital marketing, and manage the Zoom session during the live event.
Develop webinar event email campaigns and communications to consumers/patients with agency.
Shoot and produce video and photo content with doctors, staff, and patients for social platforms.
Manage professional level video and photo shoots with doctors, staff, and potentially patients.
Determine new content ideas for social media.
Assist in the development of assets for internal presentations.
Interview key stakeholders to gather insights for relevant social content.
Ensure consistent use of brand imagery and messaging on organic social platforms and marketing materials.
Collaborate on print collateral for doctors and physician liaison team.
Review competitors' patient acquisition & digital efforts and develop opportunities for the brand.
Assist Marketing Director in ad hoc projects as the company's business evolves.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in social media marketing
Experience in content creation and strategy
Proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Strong analytical skills to report and analyze social channel results
Ability to create engaging social media campaigns
Experience in managing social content calendars
Excellent communication skills
Ability to produce video and photo content
Experience in webinar event production and management
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Attention to detail and ability to ensure brand consistency
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or fertility industry
Experience with Zoom or similar webinar platforms
Experience in developing infographics and IG stories
Experience in managing professional video and photo shoots
Experience in print collateral development
Experience in ad hoc project management
Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience with Reels and other social media platforms
Experience in PPT design for presentations
