Marketing Specialist-Life Time Retail

Responsibilities
Executing short and long-range strategic retail marketing objectives in place for Life Time Retail across multiple channels.
Support planning, channel coordination and execution of marketing tactics within budget parameters through various activations, assisting in proofing and approving ongoing campaigns components for on time deployment.
Coordinate needs from category leads to ensure accountability and accurate product selection and details are captured for promotional activities and photoshoots.
Lead of all social media efforts inclusive of content calendar management, Sprinklr platform management, content curation & basic creation while always exploring new trends & ideas.
Manage influencer activations (both online and in club) in partnership with social media team.
Orchestrate marketing coordination for all retail experiential events including in club activations as well as Life Time Athletic events. This includes managing workflow between display procurement, budgeting, operational logistics, signage, marketing support components and execution.
Produce post-mortem analysis recap presentations ensuring creative assets, engagement metrics, benchmarks and learnings are captured to promote optimization and direction on proposed future marketing strategies.
Partner with ecomm team to ensure product display pages for existing and new item set ups are optimized to showcase the latest content and benefits are represented accurately to support engagement and conversion growth.

Required
Passion for retail and expertise in driving sales through various channels.
Positive energy to effectively represent the retail brand internally and externally.
Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with basic experience in Adobe CS (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Intimate working knowledge of social media channels & event marketing.
Excellent organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to build working relationships with all stakeholders within the organization.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
3+ years of prior Direct to Consumer marketing experience.
Preferred
Experience with Sprinkr, Canva and Creator IQ platforms preferred
Prior experience in retail or brand marketing; experience in diverse retail channels is a plus.
