Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement efforts across teams to enhance efficiencies and support business strategies via our CRM tools
Serve as business-side super-user for Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot, supporting strategic and operational CRM team members, including being the subject matter expert on what's possible with our existing technology and what's needed to meet evolving requirements
Prioritize internal IT and vendor work for CRM tools with a focus on achieving business goals and KPIs
Ensure best practices are followed in development and use of CRM tools
Manage and maintain quality assurance process within digital team and deliver feasible solutions
Analyze data to monitor performance of marketing campaigns and make adjustments for optimization
Create digital architectures to attract and retain customers
Maintain marketing software including operating it as an administrator, monitoring data quality and identify outdated or unused products

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Technology or related field
10+ years of experience in email and push notification deployment and management; 5+ years hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platform (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot); Experience with using Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred
8+ years of experience including extensive knowledge of marketing technology implementation
Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or tech brand
Proven experience driving marketing transformation initiatives in large, matrixed organizations
Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are a plus
