Responsibilities

Manage relationships with stakeholders across go-to-market teams, prioritize business needs, develop project plans for new automation programs, and execute projects.

Build advanced automation programs and manage data synchronization using HubSpot and advanced 3rd-party automation tools to improve prospect and customer experiences.

Dive deep into how HubSpot structures data and use creative problem-solving to simplify complexities in operational data.

Required

Experience and/or interest in CRM (e.g. HubSpot)

Experience with automation tools like HubSpot workflows, Census, Zapier, Workato, or other iPaaS tools

Knowledge or familiarity with a Data Warehouse tool like Snowflake

Familiarity with a Product Usage System like Amplitude

Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. SQL)

Growth mindset with a love for learning and evolving existing processes

Detail-oriented with a focus on thorough testing and documentation

Strong project management and communication skills

Logical and scalable solutioning mindset

Ability to effectively communicate technical topics to both functional and technical audiences

Experience managing relationships with stakeholders across the business
