Responsibilities
Engage in company culture that emphasizes communication, collaboration, quality of work and high performance.
Daily administrative tasks in a project management system to ensure the functionality and coordination of the team’s activities.
Create proposals and digital audits for prospects and clients.
Design graphics, flyers, social banners, and perform basic video editing.
Write content for emails, flyers, and social media and work closely with internal stakeholders, creative team and vendors.
Support the marketing team in organizing projects and assist local sales teams with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
Compile data, research, and produce monthly marketing reports using CRM and other sources.
Responsible for generating and analyzing monthly reports to track MTD team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in the organizing of promotional events, webinars and traditional or digital campaigns.
Responsible for facilitating the orientation process for new sales representatives, including familiarizing them with the MTD team and its systems and resources.
Responsible for the coordination and scheduling of training sessions for sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

Required
Good understanding of digital marketing and graphic design principles.
Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing activities.
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
Computer literacy in word processing, database management and page layout.
Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Strong time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Self-organization and ability to remain motivated.
Adaptability to learn quickly, multi-task, and manage multiple projects at a time.
High School diploma or equivalent.
At least three years related experience in sales and/or marketing.
At least two years related experience in graphic design.
Strong project management, organization, and collaboration skills.
Must successfully pass a criminal history background check.
Preferred
College degree in business or marketing related discipline.
Real estate salesperson or real estate/marketing assistant experience.
