Responsibilities
Executing designs for B2B marketing campaigns targeting key SME and Enterprise audiences across various channels while adhering to brand guidelines.
Designing high-quality digital marketing assets, including banners, social media content, email graphics, web design elements, and landing pages.
Developing print collateral such as out-of-home ads, brochures, one-pagers, whitepapers, event signage, and presentations.
Contributing to the design and layout of sales enablement materials to ensure alignment with creative and sales objectives.
Producing animated assets and storyboards for motion graphics, explainer videos, and dynamic ads to enhance digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the global marketing and visual design team to understand campaign goals and translate them into impactful visual designs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, field marketing, and content strategy, to create cohesive marketing collateral.
Ensure all designs are optimized for both digital and print platforms, maintaining a high level of consistency and quality across all outputs.
Provide creative solutions and iterate on designs in response to feedback from internal stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects with changing priorities, ensuring deadlines are met.
Stay current on industry trends, design techniques, and technologies to keep creative assets fresh and competitive.
Assist with design testing, feedback, and revisions to enhance user engagement and visual effectiveness.
Prepare conceptual presentations to communicate design ideas effectively, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and project objectives.

Required
3-5 years of graphic design experience, with strong print and digital expertise, in addition to slide deck design.
Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Google Slides.
Experience designing for various platforms, including web, email, social media, and video.
Experience in video production, including planning, storyboard creation, art direction for shoots, and editing.
Strong understanding of brand identity and guidelines across different mediums.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a creative mindset, able to balance innovation with adherence to brand guidelines.
Strong communication skills, capable of presenting and explaining design concepts clearly to non-designers.
Preferred
Proven experience in B2B marketing design within the fintech or technology sectors.
Experience working with global teams and understanding localized design requirements.
Motion and animation skills in Adobe After Effects.
Experience in videography and animation.
