Manage the AYMT tip lifecycle
Troubleshoot technical issues
Assist in migrations
Provide customer support, and identify opportunities for process improvement

Required
Strong knowledge of Meta’s AYMT, its architecture, and its components preferred.
Experience with tip creation, management, and optimization.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
5+ years’ experience creating marketing communications on a marketing platform.
Data experience.
Understanding of how to build omnichannel journeys within a marketing platform.
Strong understanding in developing marketing inclusive of segments, exclusions & holdouts.
Strong experience in campaign measurement performance and troubleshooting.
Preferred
Location: Remote – Pacific Standard Time Zone preferred.
