Responsibilities

Creating, orchestrating and maintaining the organization's enterprise-wide data management ecosystem.

Designing and implementing comprehensive MDM solutions while establishing robust data governance frameworks that ensure data quality and consistency across the organization.

Developing and maintaining complex data models, schemas, and mappings across multiple systems.

Creating efficient ETL processes for seamless data integration.

Implementing and enforcing data governance policies, establishing data stewardship practices, and maintaining detailed data dictionaries and metadata repositories.

Configuring MDM platforms, developing APIs for data access, and implementing sophisticated matching and deduplication solutions.

Evaluating current data management practices, identifying and resolving data quality issues, and optimizing data flows for maximum efficiency.

Collaborating with various stakeholders, working closely with business teams to understand data requirements and partnering with IT teams for system integration.

Serving as a technical mentor, providing guidance on MDM best practices and leading data-related initiatives across the organization.

Demonstrating strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Applying critical problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

5+ years of experience in data management or related field

Strong knowledge of MDM concepts, methodologies, and best practices

Exceptional expertise in SQL and database management systems – experience as a database administrator a plus.

Experience with ETL tools and processes

Proficiency in data modeling and architecture

Knowledge of data governance frameworks and standards

Experience with MDM platforms

Proficiency in database technologies

Knowledge of ETL tools

Familiarity with data quality tools and processes

Understanding of API development and integration

Preferred

Master's degree

Experience with Python and RabbitMQ or other messaging architectures a plus.
