Responsibilities
Manage and maintain master data in alignment with data governance policies and best practices.
Develop, implement, and optimize data management processes using Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.
Perform data quality assessments and implement data cleansing initiatives.
Create and maintain documentation for data management processes and procedures.
Monitor data entry and maintenance processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist in the design and execution of data migration projects as needed.

Required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
3-5 years of direct experience in master data management solutions
Demonstrated experience working within the Stibo STEP environment
Strong proficiency in Java, Java Script, and SQL
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; experience working with large datasets from multiple systems
Self-motivated, driven to perform at a high level
Strong attention to detail
Collaboration, works well within a cross-functional team environment
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Planning & organizational skills, ability to multi-task and deliver multiple work requirements while meeting deadlines
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area (such as computer science, IT, or data management) is preferred
Experience with data integration and ETL processes is a plus
Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices
Understanding of the automotive aftermarket data requirements and standards
Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and practices
Familiarity with data modeling techniques and tools
