Responsibilities
Receive inbound material. Cross reference, enter into systems, label and stage in a timely and accurate manner. Put materials in proper locations following all policies including allergen handling and quarantine procedures. Examine and inspect for damage and defects.
Pull, deliver, and stage orders from a pull/pick sheet for production and packing in a timely and accurate manner using proper procedures.
Return partials to inventory appropriately.
Load and unload trailers in a safe manner.
Assist in performing physical inventory and cycle counts. Rotate stock and keep bin locations organized.
Prepare orders for shipment. Assist logistics to ship orders as needed.
Perform physical destruction of materials that need to be destructed. Follow applicable procedures.
Maintain a clean work area and warehouse.
Operate and maintain forklift(s) in a safe manner.
Communicate professionally and timely with other team members in the company.
Ability to use company systems as necessary.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, accuracy, and efficiency in support of the company target objectives.
Perform all other special projects or duties as assigned.

Required
Must be able to read, write, and converse in the English language.
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
Must be able to work in a variety of conditions: noise, dust, heavy lifting, repetitive motion, standing for long periods of time.
Must be able to recognize audible hazards.
Able to lift and move 50lbs from the floor to a height of 48 inches multiple times a day.
Ability to lift, twist, crawl, reach, grab, bend, climb, perform similar activities as needed and stand for long periods.
Follow GMP, PPE, and company safety policies in performance of job duties.
Maintain good attendance.
High school diploma, or GED.
At least 1 years’ general warehouse experience.
Preferred
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Benefits
$1,000 Bonus for new hourly employees! Paid on a graduated payment schedule: $100 after 2 weeks, $200 after 30 days, $300 after 60 days, $400 after 6 months! (paid on the corresponding pay check)
