Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test cases for IBM Maximo applications.
Perform functional, system integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or other defect tracking systems.
Retest fixes and verify defect resolution.
Implement and execute automation test scripts where applicable.
Work with tools like Selenium, UFT, or Maximo-specific automation tools.
Conduct performance testing to ensure system stability and scalability.
Identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvements.
Assist in setting up the Maximo testing environments and data.
Validate integrations between Maximo and other systems (ERP, GIS, etc.).
Prepare detailed test reports, including test coverage and defect analysis.
Maintain test documentation and ensure adherence to testing best practices.

Required
8+ Years of experience
Strong expertise in IBM Maximo
Hands-on experience in functional, regression, and integration testing
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test cases for IBM Maximo applications
Perform functional, system integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or other defect tracking systems

Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo Asset Management and its modules
Experience with SQL queries for database validation
Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, UFT, or others
Experience with manual and automation testing
Knowledge of functional, regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Proficiency in tracking and managing defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or HP ALM
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Excellent documentation and reporting skills
Preferred
Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
