Responsibilities

Dive into sales, marketing, business development, and other areas across the company, leading efforts to identify and make impactful improvements.

Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with the company’s long-term growth objectives.

Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, market demands, and potential growth areas.

Create and deliver presentations to both internal and external stakeholders, showcasing your strategic vision.

Support leadership in business forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting on key business development KPIs.

Work hands-on with financial models to support key decision-making.

Integrate into the team as if you were a full-time member of the team, with a goal to come onboard full time after graduation.

Approach opportunities and challenges with a commercial mindset focused on finding solutions that work for all stakeholders, internal and external.

Required

Be enrolled in an accredited university pursuing an MBA degree.

6+ years of professional work experience in a related field.

Must be able to work well in an integrated, multidisciplinary, collaborative, team environment, including daily interactions with technicians, millwrights, machinists, engineers, and managers.

U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
