Responsibilities

Constructing various dashboards that illustrate the effectiveness of our Sales Commission Plans

Creating Quick Reference Guides to support both our internal team and commercial teams, aiding in the comprehension of commission-related processes, procedures, and plans

Required

Pursuing a Master or MBA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Data analytics, or related field. Graduating no earlier than December 2025.

Possess a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership of work

An eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects

Proficient in Tableau, Snowflake and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail

Preferred
