Responsibilities
Take care of the active kitchen and hospitality zone using Miele products during opening hours and events.
Plan, organize, execute, and evaluate consumer and retailer events in-store.
Develop and share profound knowledge of Miele cooking appliances and food trends with consumers and team members.
Implement and maintain food standards in the store, identify areas of improvement, and manage stock levels for events.
Prepare and execute cooking demonstrations, provide product advice, and monitor stock levels for events.
Manage supporting staff activities, develop knowledge on cooking appliances, and ensure premium presentation of the kitchen and equipment.
Implement and maintain food standards compliant with regulations, identify areas of improvement, and review event execution.
Identify new business opportunities within the region aligned with company objectives.

Required
Associates degree plus 3 years of experience within luxury retail showroom or sales experience preferred
Experience with CRM software (ideally SalesForce)
Must be highly detail oriented, accurate and organized
Effective communication skills: written, oral, negotiation, problem resolution
Quick learner, able to work and think independently as well as lead
Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Ability to identify new business opportunities within their region in alignment with company objectives
