Responsibilities
Create detailed designs for machinery and equipment using CAD software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Develop prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to validate designs and ensure they meet performance and durability criteria.
Manage design projects from concept to completion, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
Work closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to optimize machine performance and reliability.
Identify and resolve design issues and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and functionality.
Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, manuals, and technical reports.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine design within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
