Responsibilities

Supervise, evaluate, and motivate field project team members to maintain high quality and safety standards.

Plan, organize, and direct production of contracted scope of work.

Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades.

Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and general contractors to resolve conflicts and provide excellent customer service.

Ensure timely completion of installations meeting quality and mechanical code standards.

Manage material and personnel requirements to meet project schedule.

Ensure work is within the contract and obtain authorization for additional work.

Interpret contract drawings and specifications effectively.

Assist in preparing, monitoring, and updating schedules.

Adhere to quality, safety, and best practices standards.
