Responsibilities

Proactively work with team and client stakeholders to understand programmatic goals and technical requirements.

Assist in configuring and customizing the Medallia platform to align with clients' feedback collection strategies and objectives.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data capture mechanisms and feedback surveys.

Analyze customer feedback data gathered through Medallia's platform to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Create and maintain customized reports and dashboards using Medallia's reporting tools.

Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer feedback data.

Stay updated with the latest platform enhancements, industry trends, and best practices in customer experience management.

Develop training materials and provide guidance to clients on data analysis best practices and platform functionalities.

Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and knowledge.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, technology, or a related field.

Must be proficient with configuring Medallia’s suite of products and be able to collaborate with other team members to configure interdependent technical capabilities.

5 – 12 years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years of Medallia configuration experience.

Experience connecting the Medallia platform with third-party solutions, such as Salesforce.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
