Responsibilities

Leads other project managers and cross-functional teams through successful project execution and completion
Has an advanced knowledge of and experience with FORCE products and services and can consistently make needs-based product and service recommendations to clients
Makes accurate and strategic recommendations regarding process, logistics, compliance, and privacy
Strategizes with account managers and the executive team to develop new products and service offerings
Is responsible for assignments to all team members
Coordinates and drives the independent project strategy with the client
Creates proposals and scope changes and develops metrics and reports as needed to manage project financials
Consistently monitors, manages, and communicates the project scope, financials, and progress to clients
Proposes and implements creative and strategic solutions to ensure the cross-functional team completes the project on time and on budget
May occasionally act as the account lead
Mentors, manages, and provides leadership within CS
Able to resolve issues and conflicts with exceptional tact and diplomacy
Supports client work by traveling to live events and meetings

Required

A bachelor’s degree and 10 years of project coordination experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical/medical device)
Leads other project managers and cross-functional teams through successful project execution and completion
Has an advanced knowledge of and experience with FORCE products and services and can consistently make needs-based product and service recommendations to clients
Makes accurate and strategic recommendations regarding process, logistics, compliance, and privacy
Strategizes with account managers and the executive team to develop new products and service offerings
Is responsible for assignments to all team members
