Responsibilities
Driving applications and hires to Progressive through multiple media channels, including job advertising, paid search, and organic search.
Developing new media strategies and consistently analyzing and leveraging data to optimize recruitment media.
Executing strategies to broaden Progressive’s reach using channels such as programmatic advertising.
Suggesting methods to boost both paid and organic traffic to Progressive’s career site and other content through effective ad buying and search engine optimization techniques.

Required
A minimum of seven years of related work experience in a marketing role
OR Bachelor's degree and four years of related work experience in a marketing role
Preferred
Agency or in-house employer brand and recruitment marketing experience
Experience in paid search, organic search engine optimization, and running media through programmatic advertising platforms
Demonstrated ability to use data to make media-planning decisions
Proactive, detail-oriented project management with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
