Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid media strategies to optimize campaign performance.
Manage media buys, monitor budgets, and adjust plans to maximize ROI.
Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and implement adjustments.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure alignment on messaging and audience.
Evaluate new channels and advertising opportunities to expand Nurp’s reach.
Assist with related duties as necessary or assigned.
Develop and execute strategies that drive client engagement, lead generation, conversions, and revenue.
Ensure that all advertising campaigns are compliant with any laws or regulations governing the areas the aids are being seen or operated in.
Stay current on industry trends.
Perform other related duties as assigned or necessary.

High-level proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads and social media platforms.
Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex data insights.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.
Organization and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong computer and common technology skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in media buying for digital and social channels.
Experience with managing a minimum ad spend budget of $500,000 a month for one brand.
Proven track record in managing multi-channel digital media campaigns.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
