Responsibilities
Craft, negotiate and execute media schedules and optimize performance to generate revenue and meet clients' goals.
Execute business development for new media opportunities for clients.
Adapt when necessary to changes in schedules, and optimize accordingly.
Mentor junior staff in learning opportunities and mitigate any discrepancies with vendors.
Consistently meet and exceed personal and company KPIs, ensuring minimal errors and optimal profitability.
Pitch new opportunities and ideas to clients.

Required
3+ years of Media Planning and Buying experience in the podcasting or radio space
3+ years of media buying experience in the audio space (radio or podcast)
Extreme attention to detail to minimize errors and help client performance
Client-facing experience with pitching, negotiation as well as vendor management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with teammates
Proficient in Strata
Preferred
Experience in mentorship
