Responsibilities
Daily contact with clients both by email and phone
Drafts written materials including releases, award applications and pitches (crisp and free of grammatical errors)
Pitches media daily to obtain top-tier coverage for clients
Very proficient building media lists (using Muck Rack)
Understand social media and should be personally active on social media platforms

Required
This is a remote role but must be located in Central Florida
Manages the Account Coordinator and intern
Minimum 18 months of Agency experience
Ability to take initiative and direction at the same time
Manage both up and down to ensure the team is working efficiently
Confident personality
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Willingness to work outside normal office hours
Able to attend in-person client meetings and events
Preferred
Previous work with Muck Rack a plus
Very proficient building media lists (using Muck Rack)
Understand social media and should be personally active on social media platforms
