Responsibilities
Create growth of advertising and sponsorship sales for our current media brands and events: Interference Technology , Electronics Cooling , EMC Live , and Thermal Live.
Leverage sales and marketing technologies to drive efficiency and revenue performance.
Working with the senior team, you will develop the vision and roadmap for the new Lectrix media business.
Research and develop the media and marketing services that our advertiser clients are looking for today, aligning these new services with how they buy, and how their engineering customers consume content today.
This will include researching and analyzing market trends and client data.
Collaborating with internal teams and clients to test and build new products and services.
Devising and executing marketing campaigns to launch them.
Creating consistent growth from these new revenue streams.
Building lasting client relationships, and delivering programs that meet their long term business needs and goals.

Required
5+ years of B2B sales & marketing experience, ideally in media (email, web campaigns, virtual events, digital/print advertising)
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Experience building digital media and marketing businesses or products
Data-driven and analytical, with a knack for spotting trends and opportunities
Confident, strong communicator with excellent written and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and juggle multiple priorities
Ability to work on solo projects as well as collaborate with a team
