Responsibilities

Measure and monitor quality data and recommend solutions to improve the site's performance for internal and external customers

Analyze search phrasing for appropriate results

Analyze category relationships and product content for appropriate information and results

Analyze customer comments for trends and actionable items

Validate contents of site to weekly marketing calendar

Log and track actionable items in Test Director defect tool

Communicate defects to appropriate owner

Provide management with weekly status reports

Escalate to management those issues not resolved in expected time frame

Attend business operations meetings and appropriate team meetings to discuss planning, strategy and priorities

Scour website continuously for defects and poor user experiences

Recommend changes to site based on improved user experience and corporate sales

Act as a business quality resource for online marketing and creative team when testing expertise or scoping is requested across domains

Required

Knowledge of web applications is required.

3+ years of working knowledge of web applications, service-oriented architecture/web services, and client/server technology testing.

Proficient with MS Office.

Proven ability to build relationships.

Act as a business quality resource for online marketing and creative team when testing expertise or scoping is requested across domains.

Preferred

1-3 experience activating Paid Media within Meta and/or Pinterest platforms.

Additional platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat are also a bonus.
