Responsibilities

Ensure that all Medicare sales activities comply with regulatory requirements, including guidelines established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Develop, monitor, and enforce compliance policies and procedures related to Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans (PDP) sales.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Law, or a related field.

Experience in Medicare Distribution agency with Call center support.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, particularly in Medicare sales compliance.

Proficient with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines.

Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and PDP regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management tools.
