Responsibilities
Work with Sales/Business Development team to understand client needs and reporting solutions.
Join sales calls to discuss Sanderson Firm reporting benefits.
Monitor and control implementation of new client.
Provide monthly query and error reports to client with feedback.
Assist clients with troubleshooting data issues and error correction.
Continued review of client data to ensure compliance.
Provide training and direction to new and existing clients on MSP compliance.
Author blogs regarding MMSEA Section 111 reporting and participate in webinars on an as needed basis.
Complete client section 111 data audit, prepare reports and present to client with best practices recommendations and compliance overview for both Sanderson Firm reporting clients and non-reporting clients.
Verify Section 111 billing is completed in a timely manner.
Monitor RRE status to make sure recertifications are done on time.
Provide guidance to clients on the handling of Workers’ Compensation, Liability and No-Fault claims with Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) exposure.
Stay current on Section 111 reporting requirements and updates provided by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Abide by all rules of the company such as safety, confidentiality, and organizational directives.
Research and utilize problem solving skills to determine case issues and claim status.
Perform quality control on cases assigned to ensure processing according to policy & procedures as well as client handling protocols.
Complete claim review follow-ups to establish status of settlement and appropriate services needed to ensure Medicare compliance.
Regularly communicate with management regarding workload status and provide additional support as needed to other departments.

Required
5+ years of experience in managing Section 111 reporting clients with strong customer service skills.
MSP knowledge.
Workers’ Compensation, No-Fault, and Liability claim knowledge.
Experience managing or working with account managers and/or sales team.
Required skills: time management, organization, clear and concise communication, presentation skills, effective email writing, interdepartmental collaboration, and ability to work in fast paced environment.
Proven productivity in remote environment.
Working knowledge of all Microsoft products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Must be able to demonstrate and promote a positive team-oriented environment.
Must be able to work well under pressure and/or stressful conditions.
Must possess the ability to manage change, delays, or unexpected events.
Must demonstrate reliability and ability to abide by the company attendance policy.
