Responsibilities

Operate and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Azure Cloud Management Gateway (CMG)

Design and implement requirements for Intune Mobile Device Management for a BYOAD environment

Design and configure Azure components in accordance with DoD security requirements, including applicable STIGs, the DoD Cloud Computing SRG, and DoD Secure Cloud Computing Architecture (SCCA) functional requirements

Perform vulnerability remediation, patching and software/firmware upgrades in accordance with DoD requirements

Lead diagnosing and troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex technical issues

Provide SME input into technical documentation such as the System Design Document (SDD), Configuration Management Plan, Contingency Plan, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), and other ATO documentation

Leverage PowerShell and Azure Automation to automate routine activities, such as configuration management, and system maintenance

Perform root cause analysis for production deployment errors and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

Collaborate with internal teams and DAF stakeholders to drive the development of new cloud engineering approaches and opportunities

Required

10+ Years of relevant experience or (Master’s Degree in related field may be substituted for bachelor’s degree and 5 years relevant experience) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Experience testing, deploying, and troubleshooting the installation of Microsoft and third-party software updates

Experience deploying applications/updates via Intune

Experience managing a large endpoint infrastructure

Experience managing Windows Servers and Workstations (mobile devices a plus)

Experience working in a DoD environment

Familiarity with STIG requirements

Familiarity with ITILv4

Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies

Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field

An active DoD secret clearance / Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred
