Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for Corporate Engineering and IT questions and requests.
Manage major IT projects, from conception through resource allocation, execution, and ongoing maintenance including onboarding, role change, and offboarding processes, troubleshooting, account provisioning, software license management, and evidence documentation.
Automate IT Operations and internal stakeholders' manual workflows through code.
Automate self-service IT and security reporting.
Contribute to IT policies, standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with Security & People Teams for training and with Finance and Engineering to optimize costs.

Required
Deep familiarity and a proven track record of employing Corporate Engineering and program management practices
Passionate about harnessing the power of automation to transform manual processes
Constantly seek opportunities to refine and enhance existing systems and processes
Passion for being a force multiplier for a fast-moving startup company
Want to learn coding skills in a language such as Golang, Python, or Shell
Log analysis skills
Played a part in cross-functional projects and have experience collaborating with your team and adjacent teams
Excellent soft skills, including the ability to adapt communication for both internal and external stakeholders effectively
Bridging gaps with empathy and proactive communication
Preferred
Relevant information security certifications
Familiarity with audited processes and how to collect evidence
Deep familiarity with SIEM, Cloud logging, and monitoring
Deep familiarity with SAML Single Sign On, SCIM
Deep familiarity with Infrastructure-as-code; terraform
Deep familiarity with Network traffic analysis and threat hunting
Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform & Google Workspace
Deep familiarity with Third Party Security Due Diligence
Deep familiarity with Data center operations
