Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software applications using Mendix platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design user interfaces.
Conduct design thinking workshops with clients to translate requirements into wireframes and UI designs.
Modify existing software components to enhance functionality and performance.
Optimize user experience through A/B testing and usability testing.
Contribute to technical documentation and provide training to team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software development and Mendix platform.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience as a Mendix Software Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in Mendix platform development and related technologies (e.g., CSS, HTML5, XPath).
Strong understanding of UI design principles, wireframing, and information architecture.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Certification in Mendix development is preferred.
This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
