Responsibilities
Facilitate damage processing by inspecting and sorting merchandise based on criteria and SOP requirements.
Engage in inventory adjustments and escalate items needing immediate attention to management.
Provide training to associates on processes and SOP requirements.
Contribute as a team member across departments and shifts to support business objectives.
Maintain a safe and clean work area by following safety standards and procedures.

Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Fluent in English – verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and composing professional email communications
Proven problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to work both independently and as a team
Ability to remain flexible to shifting priorities
Ability to work overtime as needed
Proven record of excellent attendance and punctuality to work is a must
Preferred
General distribution center/warehouse knowledge is a plus
Experience with RF Scanners is a plus
