Responsibilities

Collaborate with various departments to capture and document detailed requirements
Provide application support for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) as needed
Develop standards and best practices for development and validation activities
Lead cross-functional teams through design reviews and user acceptance testing
Develop and implement new capabilities across the Manufacturing systems
Provide mentorship and training for new MES recipe developers

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a computer or science-based field
5+ years of experience in Emerson Syncade MES System or another MES system
Proficiency in writing and executing validation protocols
Strong technical writing competency and GMP procedure writing
Experience with SQL and XML coding in a MES construct is a plus
Flexibility to work within manufacturing schedules

Preferred

Experience with cell therapy or other biopharmaceutical manufacturing
Experience with BarTender label development
Experience with MES-ERP integrations
Experience with new process and product deployments within a MES
