Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to products and solutions.

Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, offering timely and effective solutions.

Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and address product issues and improvements.

Work closely with customers, Sales Team and Product Team to understand Customers’ technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers and partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Assist customers with the implementation and integration of products into their systems.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and FAQs.

Provide on-site and remote support during the installation and deployment phases.

Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights for product enhancements.

Participate in the development and testing of new products and features.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
