Responsibilities
Configure, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions company-wide; validate and execute the migration to Microsoft 365 cloud platform for acquired or legacy systems.
Implement Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance tools; ensure the security of networks and interface access. Deploy data loss prevention techniques and monitor and adjust access for information protection purposes.
Migrate or onboard various laptops, iPads, or virtual machines to the 365 platform; manage additional devices and configure profiles.
Scope, implement, maintain, and administer system and user escalation solutions. Troubleshoot server, desktop, network, and ancillary systems.
Plan resources, forecast system limitations and make recommendations for improvement and sustainability.
Assist with upgrade rollouts, new or existing infrastructure builds, business continuation considerations, and manage specific IT projects.
Online setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of MS 365 Exchange.
Planning and leading MS 365 migrations; planning and implementing solutions based on MS 365 technology.
Perform regular and predictable work in a remote setting and perform work during scheduled or agreed-upon times.

Required
Three (3) to five (5) years MS engineering experience highly preferred.
Advanced knowledge of MS Azure Active Directory, Endpoint Manager, Security, Compliance, Teams, and other MS tools and applications.
Direct experience with Microsoft Azure – creating subscriptions, resource groups, virtual machines, and networks.
Advanced knowledge of MS conditional access policies, group policies, and device rings.
Good at coding, debugging, problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Ability to write technical documentation / manuals / procedures and disseminate technical information helpful.
Excellent knowledge of Windows-based operating systems.
Good understanding of Mac/Apple OS extremely helpful.
Solid understanding of the English language, including grammar, reading comprehension, and the meaning and spelling of words.
Possess the ability to instruct others and create and deliver related presentations.
Strong experience with supporting and informing non-technical users across all levels of staff.
Is self-directed and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
Utilizes critical thinking and analytical skills to anticipate needs or issues, actively look for solutions to known or unique problems from development to the end user.
Occasional overnight travel to domestic MEI locations may be necessary.
Experience with Microsoft Access: 3 years (Required)
Experience with Operating systems: 3 years (Required)
Experience with Azure: 3 years (Required)
Experience with Active Directory: 3 years (Required)
Preferred
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) designation preferred but not required.
