Responsibilities

Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications;

Oversee fiscal project budgets, resource utilization, and profitability;

Develop project plans and milestones;

Motivate the team;

Report status to internal and external management to ensure SOX compliance;

Produce and present monthly project financials to the executive team;

Write:

Proposals and participate in new business development efforts;

Employee project performance reviews.

Increase communication points between the leadership team and the project management team to enhance collaboration and organizational culture;

Provide:

Project management leadership to clients and the team;

Assistance and guidance to less experienced project managers.

Conduct interviews and assess the skills of both new hires and current employees.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in management, business, MIS, or in a related technical discipline (with a minimum of 5 current consecutive years of experience as a project manager, preferably, with 2 of these years having been in ERP project management)

Active in ERP project management today

Experience of delivering a minimum of 5 ERP manufacturing implementations

Ability to act as both a business consultant and as a project manager

Ability to lead the customer in a rapid manufacturing deployment

Ability to multi-task

Strong leader and self-starter

English: Advanced
