Responsibilities
Lead the design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
Develop architecture roadmaps and high-level design documents for financial systems.
Oversee the implementation and configuration of D365 F&O finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets.
Customize workflows and integrations to meet unique business requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to analyze financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement through D365 F&O.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams.
Design and manage integrations between D365 F&O and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance.
Support data migration strategies and data cleansing efforts.
Develop and enforce best practices for testing, deployment, and ongoing support of finance systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to finance modules in a timely manner.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in implementing and architecting ERP solutions, with at least 5 years specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Proven expertise in finance and accounting processes, including compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and other financial standards.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing D365 F&O finance modules.
Experience with Power Platform, Azure services, and data integrations using tools like Data Management Framework (DMF).
Knowledge of SQL, X++, or other programming languages is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Leadership experience in driving ERP implementation projects.
