Responsibilities
Act as the primary Quality SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, ensuring system compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within a pharmaceutical environment.
Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users, including workshops and one-on-one coaching, to improve proficiency and ensure proper use of D365 ERP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements, system optimizations, and best practices in line with GMP standards.
Ensure all configurations and processes meet regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.), including preparing guides and storyboards for senior management and inspections.
Provide technical support for D365 ERP issues, working with IT and external vendors to resolve complex problems.
Maintain detailed records of GMP-related processes, user manuals, and training materials to ensure ongoing compliance and support.
Collect and analyze feedback to recommend system updates, ensuring the ERP meets operational needs.
Partner with IT, Quality Assurance, Operations, and QC teams to ensure seamless system functionality and integration across the organization.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP certification (strongly preferred).
Demonstrated experience as a super user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, ideally in a GMP-compliant environment.
Proven expertise in process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
