Responsibilities
Lead the migration of two legacy Salesforce applications to Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring functional equivalency, data integrity, and minimal disruption. Coordinate with stakeholders to map data, workflows, and custom functionalities from Salesforce to Dynamics, enhancing usability and functionality.
Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies to optimize workflows and support NIH’s strategic goals. Conduct process analysis to identify areas for efficiency gains and modernization.
Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics to meet NIH’s requirements, leveraging advanced features to enhance data capture, automate workflows, and improve user experience. Optimize Dynamics to replace legacy Salesforce functionalities with modernized, streamlined solutions.
Support activity and data modeling, develop modern business methods, and create frameworks for best practices. Develop performance metrics to assess outcomes and track success.
Act as a primary liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and customers, ensuring effective communication and alignment. Facilitate discussions, conduct interviews, and lead training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Document process flows, requirements, and performance metrics for all aspects of the migration and modernization efforts. Report progress, challenges, and recommendations regularly to stakeholders and leadership.
Provide daily guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring adherence to established goals, timelines, and best practices. Supervise aspects of project execution to maintain alignment with NIH objectives.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, and system migration, preferably within healthcare or government environments.
Proven experience in migrating applications from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics, with a deep understanding of both platforms.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics configuration and customization, including workflows, data models, and integrations.
Expertise in process reengineering methodologies and performance measurement frameworks.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, lead training, and act as a liaison between diverse teams.
