Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, including custom workflows, plug-ins, and JavaScript integrations.

Customize entities, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.

Develop and maintain custom applications using X++ (if working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations) or C# for Dynamics CRM/CE.

Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and tools like Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate.

Configure Microsoft Power Platform components, such as Power Apps and Power BI, for extended functionalities.

Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 applications and resolve issues in real time.

Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize code for better system performance.

Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather and analyze requirements.

Collaborate with QA teams to ensure system quality and reliability.

Create technical documentation, including workflows, system design specifications, and user manuals.

Ensure compliance with established coding standards and best practices.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience is acceptable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, CE, or F&O modules).

Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and JavaScript.

Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK and tools such as XRMToolBox.

Experience with Azure services like Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, and Functions.

Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and reporting.

Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Developer Associate).

Required Security clearance.

Preferred

Experience with Dynamics AX or Dynamics NAV is a plus.

Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and tools like KingswaySoft, Scribe, or SSIS.

Experience with cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure.

Federal Experience is a plus.
