Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, and maintain Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Work with both Azure-based and on-premises instances of Dynamics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality Dynamics solutions tailored to business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics solutions and integrations, ensuring timely support for end-users.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, code documentation, and deployment instructions, to promote knowledge sharing and solution maintainability.

Required
At least 7 years of experience in software engineering or development supporting enterprise IT applications, preferably with .NET.
Proficiency in Dynamics 8.2, 9.0, and 365.
Understanding of Dynamics security models, workflows, business rules, and other customization features.
Familiarity with Dynamics reporting and analytics tools, such as Power BI.
Ability to translate business requirements into Dynamics designs and solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of thriving in a team-oriented, virtual environment.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Proven ability to collaborate on solutions with multiple concurrent developers.
Data engineering experience within the Power BI environment.
Experience developing .NET and Power Apps/Dynamics 365 solutions.
