Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Exchange environments, including Exchange 2016, 2019, and Exchange Online.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot key Exchange components such as Autodiscover, Database Availability Groups (DAG), Transport, and Managed Availability.
Lead and execute large-scale mailbox migrations to and from Exchange Online, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
Implement and manage Exchange Hybrid configurations, integrating on-premises and cloud environments.
Develop, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts for automation, monitoring, and reporting in Exchange environments.
Administer hybrid identity management solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality between systems.
Configure and troubleshoot authentication models, including Basic Authentication, Modern Authentication, Certificate-Based Authentication, and Federated Authentication.
Monitor and maintain messaging performance, availability, and security in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for messaging security and data protection.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational messaging needs and drive successful project outcomes.

Required

Expertise in Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 and 2019.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Exchange Online and Office 365 environments.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
Strong understanding of Autodiscover, Database Availability Groups (DAG), Transport, and Managed Availability.
Hands-on experience with Exchange Hybrid configurations and hybrid identity management.
Proven ability to execute large-scale mailbox migrations to and from Exchange Online.
Knowledge of authentication models, including Basic Authentication, Modern Authentication, Certificate-Based Authentication, and Federated Authentication.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex messaging environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.

Preferred

Experience with additional Microsoft 365 services, such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Familiarity with DNS management and email-related records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards for messaging systems.
Experience in scripting or programming languages beyond PowerShell (e.g., Python).
