Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement automated workflows and processes using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Maintain and update automated solutions to adapt to changing business needs and ensure optimal performance
Work closely with UTG customers to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of the Power Platform.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for customer implementations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and successful adoption of solutions.
Stay current with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform and proactively recommend new features and enhancements to customers.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and their integration with Power Platform
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement effective solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external customers
Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Ability to work with a wide variety of people groups and create effective change
Preferred
Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform and/or Microsoft 365 are a plus
