Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern regions.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and establish new partnerships to expand Tylok International’s market presence.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies in line with market trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor promotions and campaigns that align with regional market demands.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Represent Tylok International at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and services.
Report on sales performance, forecast future sales, and communicate insights and challenges to senior management.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or fluid/piping technologies.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern market dynamics and customer needs.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Salesforce.
