Responsibilities

Owns the schedule - prepares and monitors development schedules and sees them through their successful conclusion. Is able to effectively decompose long term, complex efforts into incremental steps ensuring that we are delivering features in a predictable manner and that they are to Wolfjaw quality.

Excellent communicator, comfortable with ambiguity, but is always driving toward clarity.

Communicates frequently with stakeholders keeping them apprised of progress, risks, concerns, mitigations, and opportunities.

Knows when and how to ask for strategic input/support from team.

Helps make informed decisions in conjunction with leads on development priorities and resources.

Demonstrates a high level of anticipation and proactiveness.

Works with Senior Production on managing external stakeholders relationship.

Works with Production Leadership to continuously improve our Production systems so that we can deliver the highest quality production support that the game industry has ever seen!

Required

2-3 years of game production experience

Previous experience shipping 1 or more equivalent quality games with significant scope of ownership

Technical aptitude in at least one area of game development; Bonus to applicants with development (programming, technical) and/or game development experience

Detail oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable leading meetings, taking notes and asking tough questions

Enthusiastically curious and open-minded; always looking for ways to learn and improve; comfortable admitting mistakes and not knowing something

Organized, excellent communication skills, highly collaborative

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Proficient working with industry PM tools like Jira, Excel, Miro, etc.

Preferred

Experience working with external partners and/or at a game publisher

Exhibits learning agility; has the ability to think differently, and/or grasp and apply new skills and concepts. Views failure as an opportunity to learn, grow and improve

CSM or equivalent certification
