Responsibilities
Performing geotechnical evaluations related to environmental facilities, settlement, slope stability, seepage, and geotechnical stability of mines.
Managing and executing subsurface explorations through soil test borings, CPT, Geoprobe, and geophysical methods.
Directing field staff, evaluating laboratory and field data, developing spreadsheets for geotechnical monitoring data, and preparing technical reports.

Required
Bachelor's in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering.
2-4 years of experience in geotechnical engineering consulting, project management, or geostructure design.
Currently hold your Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
Knowledge of project management, understanding of project baseline documentation, costs, and schedules.
Working proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D.
Intermediate to Advanced level proficiency in MS Office applications (Word & Excel).
Must be self-motivated, able to efficiently work independently while completing scheduled tasks, and/or lead a project team.
Must be able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing with team members, BLE leadership, clients, peers, and regulatory authorities of all levels.
Preferred
Master's degree in civil or Geotechnical engineering
