Responsibilities

Design Plumbing systems for new buildings and renovations within the Healthcare market, primarily hospitals and medical office buildings.

Lead projects from all perspectives including technically, administratively, and financially.

Ensure compliance with HCAI OR OSHPD codes, standards, PINS, and CANS.

Utilize working knowledge of California Plumbing Code, National Plumbing Code, California Energy Code, HCAi codes, standards, PINS, and CANS, and NFPA-99.

Collaborate with team members using Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Revit, and AutoCAD.

Required

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or similar preferred

California P.E. or CPD registration preferred

HCAI OR OSHPD codes, standards, PINS and CANS preferred

Healthcare design experience in the acute care setting

Working Knowledge of California Plumbing Code, National Plumbing Code, California Energy Code, HCAi codes, standards, PINS and CANS, NFPA-99, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Revit

Preferred

P.E. registration in other states a plus

AutoCAD a plus
